Legal
Privacy notice
Aphinko Communications Group respects the confidentiality of the people and organisations that contact us. This page explains, in plain terms, how information shared through this website is treated.
Enquiries
What you type into the contact form is sent to this website and emailed straight to info@aphinko.co.za. It is not stored in a database on the website; the copy we keep is the email itself, in our mailbox. Should the form ever be unavailable, it opens your own email application instead, and the message is then composed and sent by you.
How we use your information
We use personal information only to respond to your request, to manage a professional relationship, or where we are required to do so by law. We do not sell contact details and we do not share them with third parties for marketing.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act you may ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@aphinko.co.za and we will respond.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google information about your visit, including a shortened form of your IP address, the pages you open and the kind of device you are using. We use it to understand how the site is used, not to identify you, and we do not use it for advertising. You can block it with your browser settings or with Google’s own opt-out add-on.
The contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which tells people apart from automated submissions. It also sets cookies and sends information about your visit to Google. Without it the form would be filled by machines.
Both are governed by Google’s privacy policy. Typefaces and images are served from this domain, and we set no advertising cookies of our own.
