Khaya has more 25 years of reputation and crisis communication advisory experience spanning both the public and private sectors. His former employers include Bidvest, eThekwini Municipality, Metropolitan, Old Mutual, amongst others. He was recently head of business development and stakeholder management at Harith, a R20billion pan-African infrastructure investor and manager. He is a former head of communications for the R2trillion Government Employees Pension Fund.
